We bought some Stilton yesterday from a farm shop near Bedford, and very nice it is too ! I've just had some on a few crackers, with raspberry jam. Absolutely delicious. Cheese always goes well with sweet things - I must try it with honey one of these days. The tang of the Stilton goes beautifully with the sweetness of the jam. If you think I'm mad, just try it ! Apple and cheddar make a nice sandwich too !
